Sometimes you do not feel capable to install a decoder into a loco: either you do not have special tools or you are afraid of damaging a precious model.

Thus we often receive enquiries about the possibility of a customer-specific (sound) programming for their locos; or if we can install our decoders directly into customers´locos. Unfortunately we cannot do this ex works.

In this case feel free to contact one of our digital conversion shops. Unlike the retailers listed here they are specialised on the installation of decoders. They do not sell ESU products in general, but only in combination with the installation service.
