Hello Loyal ESU Customers,

We hope you are having a great summer 2024 so far and are continuing to enjoy your ESU products, hopefully in a cool layout space, temperature wise and well any layout space is just cool! We would like to thank you for your continued support and take this time to inform everyone that ESU will be on summer break from July 29th through August 16th. We will be back to assist you during the week of August 19th. During our summer break, there will be no tech support via phone. Limited email support will be available through [email protected].

We also ask that you do not send any items in for warranty or otherwise until after our summer break. Rest assured that our warranty policy is not changing, we are continuing our best in the industry 2-year no questions asked warranty with proof of purchase!

ESU will be at the NMRA Convention Train Show in Long Beach, CA from August 9th – 11th and we hope to see everyone there. Juergen, Manny, and Lee will be there to answer your questions, program your ESU decoders, update your Mobile Control II throttles and CabControl ICU bases if you bring them.
